About Jesse Pascarella
If you live for early mornings, dirt under your nails, and stories earned the hard way, you’ll feel right at home with the work of Jesse Pascarella.
Jesse isn’t just an artist who loves the outdoors—he’s an artist shaped by it. His work is built from real experiences spent fishing, hunting, surfing, snowboarding, kayaking, hiking, and camping. From the Lure Landscape Series to custom “PB” Portraits, each piece is a way to preserve those once-in-a-lifetime moments spent out in the elements. The kind you never forget—and never want to.
Born in New York in 1986, Jesse grew up like most ’80s kids: drawing comic book characters, roaming the neighborhood, and coming home only when his dad’s whistle echoed through the streets. That mix of creativity and freedom stuck—and still fuels his work today.
Jesse studied Graphic Design in Philadelphia, earning a Bachelor of Arts while immersing himself in tattoo culture, the food and beverage world, and the local art scene. During this time, he was already working professionally as a graphic designer at The Tactile Group, sharpening the skills that would later shape his career.
Chasing both art and adventure eventually led him west. After relocating to Los Angeles, Jesse launched his career as an Art Director, joining the team at Little Arrows, where his hand-drawn digital illustrations played a key role in brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
Over the years, Jesse has worked with brands like Lew’s Fishing, Strike King, Zebco, Toyota, Red Bull, Nature’s Bakery, and Showtime, along with countless small businesses and startups. His work has been featured at the Bassmaster Classic, in Forbes Magazine, and the Los Angeles Times.
Along the way, Jesse also co-founded and ran two creative studios in Downtown Los Angeles—shared workspaces and event hubs that brought together artists across fine art, design, tattooing, photography, and video.
A versatile illustrator and mixed-media artist, Jesse blends fine art and digital techniques with a deep respect for the natural world. He’s a strong advocate for conservation and sustainability and supports organizations like the Sierra Club, B.A.S.S., Surfrider Foundation, and Creative Action Network. He’s also volunteered his talents with Viridis Magazine, a UK-based publication focused on solution-driven environmental journalism.
After years of exploring the U.S., Jesse and his family put down roots in South Carolina. Now working from his private studio, he continues to build inspiration the same way he always has—on the water, in the woods, and under open skies. Whether kayak fishing at dawn, overlanding back roads, hunting, hiking, or camping, the outdoors isn’t just his subject matter—it’s his way of life.
